Ingredients:

  • Figs
  • Lime juice
  • Simple syrup
  • Margarita mix
  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Cut the figs in half and remove the stems.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, muddle (or mash) the figs with a muddler or the back of a spoon to release their juice and pulp.
  3. Add the lime juice, simple syrup, and Margarita mix to the shaker.
  4. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15-20 seconds.
  5. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
  6. Garnish with a lime wedge or wheel, if desired.
