Ingredients:

Mango puree, Pineapple juice, Coconut cream, Lime juice, Salt, Brown sugar, Dark rum, Sparkling water, Ice cubes

Here are the instructions:

  1. In a large pitcher, combine mango puree and pineapple juice.
  2. Stir well to combine.
  3. Add coconut cream and stir until fully incorporated.
  4. Squeeze in lime juice and add salt.
  5. Stir until salt is dissolved.
  6. Add brown sugar and stir until it’s fully dissolved.
  7. Pour in dark rum and stir gently to combine.
  8. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  9. Just before serving, pour in sparkling water and stir gently.
  10. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the cocktail over the ice.
  11. Stir gently again and garnish with a lime wedge or mint leaves, if desired.
