Instructions:

  1. Crack eggs into a bowl and beat until smooth.

  4. Add eggs to the pan and cook until the edges start to set.
  5. Use a spatula to gently lift and fold the eggs, allowing the uncooked portion to flow to the top.
  6. Continue cooking until the eggs are set and there is no more liquid egg remaining.
  7. Serve hot.
