- In a large bowl, combine diced mango, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to coat.
- Pour the warm glaze over the mango mixture and toss to combine.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, drizzle with olive oil and garnish with fresh cilantro leaves.
- If using nuts, sprinkle them over the top of the mango mixture just before serving.
