Ingredients:
- Prosecco wine
- Passion fruit puree
- Pineapple juice
- Grenadine syrup
- Cranberry juice
- Lime wedges
Instructions:
- Chill the Prosecco wine in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Peel and segment the pineapple, reserving the juice for later use.
- Blend the passion fruit puree with a little water to create a smooth puree.
- Stir the grenadine syrup into the Cranberry juice until dissolved.
- Cut the lime wedges and place them in a bowl for garnishing the cocktails.
- Pour the Prosecco wine into glasses, followed by the pineapple juice and passion fruit puree mixture. Top with the grenadine-infused Cranberry juice and garnish with a lime wedge. Serve immediately.
