Ingredients:

  • Prosecco wine
  • Passion fruit puree
  • Pineapple juice
  • Grenadine syrup
  • Cranberry juice
  • Lime wedges

Instructions:

  1. Chill the Prosecco wine in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  2. Peel and segment the pineapple, reserving the juice for later use.
  3. Blend the passion fruit puree with a little water to create a smooth puree.
  4. Stir the grenadine syrup into the Cranberry juice until dissolved.
  5. Cut the lime wedges and place them in a bowl for garnishing the cocktails.
  6. Pour the Prosecco wine into glasses, followed by the pineapple juice and passion fruit puree mixture. Top with the grenadine-infused Cranberry juice and garnish with a lime wedge. Serve immediately.
