Ingredients:
- 1 ripe peach
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions:
- Cut the peach into slices.
- Mix the honey and lemon juice in a small bowl until well combined.
- Dip each peach slice into the honey-lemon mixture, coating both sides evenly.
- Place the coated peach slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until the peaches are caramelized and tender.
- In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until warm and bubbly.
- Remove the cream from the heat and stir in a pinch of salt.
