Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe peach
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions:

  1. Cut the peach into slices.
  2. Mix the honey and lemon juice in a small bowl until well combined.
  3. Dip each peach slice into the honey-lemon mixture, coating both sides evenly.
  4. Place the coated peach slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until the peaches are caramelized and tender.
  6. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until warm and bubbly.
  7. Remove the cream from the heat and stir in a pinch of salt.
