Ingredients:
- Pineapple, fresh
- Jalapeno pepper, diced
- Red bell pepper, diced
- Cilantro, chopped
- Lime juice
- Garlic, minced
- Olive oil
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add diced jalapeno pepper and red bell pepper, and sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
- Add chopped cilantro and stir to combine with the vegetables.
- Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and stir to combine.
- Add fresh pineapple chunks to the pan and sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
