Ingredients:
- Coconut milk

- Mango puree

- Grenadine
- Blue curaçao
- Club soda
Instructions:
- Combine coconut milk, pineapple juice, mango puree, and lime juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher or punch bowl. Discard any solids.
- Add simple syrup and grenadine to the pitcher and stir until combined.
- Add blue curaçao and club soda to the pitcher and stir gently.
- Chill the punch in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Serve in glasses over ice, garnished with fresh fruit and a sprig of mint if desired.
