Ingredients:

  • Vodka
  • Peach schnapps
  • Blue curaçao
  • Pineapple juice
  • Orange juice
  • Simple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add 1.5 oz of vodka and 1.5 oz of peach schnapps to the shaker.
  3. Squeeze in 2-3 peaches worth of juice from the peel of the peach.
  4. Add 0.75 oz of blue curaçao to the shaker.
  5. Pour in 1.5 oz of pineapple juice and 1.5 oz of orange juice.
  6. Stir the mixture for about 30 seconds.
  7. Add 0.25 oz of simple syrup to the shaker and stir again for another 10-15 seconds.
  8. Fill a highball glass with ice and strain the cocktail over the ice.
  9. Garnish with a peach slice or wedge.
