Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz gin
  • 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz honey syrup (equal parts honey and water, dissolved)
  • 3 oz sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon wedges for garnish

Instructions:

Step 1: Muddle the gin and lemon juice in a mixing glass. Step 2: Add the honey syrup to the mixing glass and stir to combine. Step 3: Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes and stir for about 30 seconds to chill and dilute the mixture. Step 4: Strain the mixture into a champagne flute filled with sparkling water. Step 5: Garnish with a lemon wedge and serve immediately.
