Ingredients:

  • Fresh raspberries
  • Coconut milk
  • Lime juice
  • Simple syrup
  • Club soda
  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Rinse a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add 1 cup of fresh raspberries to the shaker.
  3. Pour in 1/2 cup of coconut milk.
  4. Squeeze in 1-2 tablespoons of lime juice.
  5. Stir in 1-2 tablespoons of simple syrup.
  6. Top the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds.
  7. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
  8. Top the drink off with club soda and stir gently.
  9. Garnish with additional fresh raspberries, if desired.
