Ingredients:
- Fresh raspberries
- Coconut milk
- Lime juice
- Simple syrup
- Club soda
- Ice
Instructions:
- Rinse a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add 1 cup of fresh raspberries to the shaker.
- Pour in 1/2 cup of coconut milk.
- Squeeze in 1-2 tablespoons of lime juice.
- Stir in 1-2 tablespoons of simple syrup.
- Top the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
- Top the drink off with club soda and stir gently.
- Garnish with additional fresh raspberries, if desired.
