Ingredients:

  • Coconut milk
  • Fresh pineapple chunks
  • Lime wedges
  • Mango slices
  • Passionfruit juice
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Ginger syrup
  • Lemon verbena

Instructions:

  1. Blend coconut milk and passionfruit juice until smooth.
  2. Juice lime wedges and mix with mango slices.
  3. Muddle fresh mint leaves with ginger syrup in a shaker.
  4. Add the mixture to a glass filled with ice and top with the coconut milk and mango mixture.
  5. Stir well and garnish with a lime wedge and a sprig of fresh mint.
  6. Shake again before serving.
