Ingredients:
- Coconut milk
- Fresh pineapple chunks
- Lime wedges
- Mango slices
- Passionfruit juice
- Fresh mint leaves
- Ginger syrup
- Lemon verbena
Instructions:
- Blend coconut milk and passionfruit juice until smooth.
- Juice lime wedges and mix with mango slices.
- Muddle fresh mint leaves with ginger syrup in a shaker.
- Add the mixture to a glass filled with ice and top with the coconut milk and mango mixture.
- Stir well and garnish with a lime wedge and a sprig of fresh mint.
- Shake again before serving.
