Ingredients:

  • Gin
  • Lillet Blanc
  • Pineapple juice
  • Grenadine syrup
  • Lemon juice
  • Simple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Muddle the pineapple juice, grenadine syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker.
  2. Add the Gin and Lillet Blanc to the shaker and fill with ice.
  3. Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice.
  5. Top with simple syrup to desired level.
