Ingredients:

  • Peaches
  • Bourbon
  • Simple Syrup
  • Mint leaves

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the peaches into slices and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle the bourbon over the peaches and toss to coat.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the peaches are tender and caramelized.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the simple syrup and mint leaves.
  6. Remove the peaches from the oven and brush them with the mint syrup.
  7. Return the peaches to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the syrup is caramelized and the peaches are coated in a sticky glaze.
  8. Remove the peaches from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
