Ingredients:
- Peaches
- Bourbon
- Simple Syrup
- Mint leaves
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the peaches into slices and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle the bourbon over the peaches and toss to coat.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the peaches are tender and caramelized.
- In a small bowl, mix the simple syrup and mint leaves.
- Remove the peaches from the oven and brush them with the mint syrup.
- Return the peaches to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the syrup is caramelized and the peaches are coated in a sticky glaze.
- Remove the peaches from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
