Ingredients:
- Blood oranges
- Prosecco
- Simple syrup
- Lemon juice
- Egg white
- Grenadine
Instructions:
- Peel the blood oranges and segment them into a bowl.
- Strain the Prosecco over the oranges, making sure to get as much of the liquid as possible.
- Add simple syrup and lemon juice to the mixture and stir well.
- Whip the egg white until it becomes stiff peaks, then fold it into the orange mixture.
- Pour the mixture into glasses and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Just before serving, drizzle grenadine over the top of each cocktail.
