Ingredients:
- Fresh peaches
- Ginger
- Prosecco or sparkling wine
- Lime juice
- Simple syrup
- Ice
Instructions:
- Peel and chop the fresh peaches into small pieces.
- In a blender or food processor, puree the peaches until smooth.
- Transfer the peach puree to a mixing bowl.
- Add the grated ginger to the bowl and mix well.
- Pour in the Prosecco or sparkling wine and lime juice.
- Stir until the mixture is well combined.
- Dissolve the simple syrup in the mixture by heating it in a small saucepan over low heat, then stirring it into the peach mixture.
- Fill ice cube trays with the mixture and freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid.
- Once frozen, transfer the ice cubes to a freezer-safe bag or container for storage.
