Ingredients:

  • Fresh peaches
  • Ginger
  • Prosecco or sparkling wine
  • Lime juice
  • Simple syrup
  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Peel and chop the fresh peaches into small pieces.
  2. In a blender or food processor, puree the peaches until smooth.
  3. Transfer the peach puree to a mixing bowl.
  4. Add the grated ginger to the bowl and mix well.
  5. Pour in the Prosecco or sparkling wine and lime juice.
  6. Stir until the mixture is well combined.
  7. Dissolve the simple syrup in the mixture by heating it in a small saucepan over low heat, then stirring it into the peach mixture.
  8. Fill ice cube trays with the mixture and freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid.
  9. Once frozen, transfer the ice cubes to a freezer-safe bag or container for storage.
