Ingredients:
- 2 ripe mangos, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup elderflower syrup
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup simple syrup
- 2 oz white rum
- Ice cubes
- Lime wedges for garnish
Instructions:
- In a cocktail shaker, combine chopped mango, elderflower syrup, lime juice, and simple syrup.
- Add 2 oz white rum to the shaker and stir well.
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice cubes.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and serve immediately.
