Ingredients:

  • Raspberries
  • Fresh ginger
  • Lime juice
  • Agave syrup
  • Tequila

Instructions:

  1. Puree raspberries in a blender until smooth.
  2. Peel and grate fresh ginger, then squeeze out excess liquid through cheesecloth or a fine-mesh sieve.
  3. Juice lime directly into a large bowl, reserve 1/4 cup of the juice for later use.
  4. In a small saucepan, combine agave syrup and tequila. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until syrup is smooth and slightly thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Strain reserved lime juice through a fine-mesh sieve into the saucepan with the syrup and tequila mixture.
  6. Whisk agave syrup and tequila mixture until well combined.
  7. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
  8. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
