Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh ginger, peeled and grated
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1 cup honey
- 4 cups water
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
Step 1: In a small saucepan, combine the grated ginger and lemon juice. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is fragrant and slightly thickened.
Step 2: Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the honey until it is fully dissolved.
Step 3: Add the water to the saucepan and stir until the mixture is well combined.
Step 4: Fill an ice cube tray with the mixture and freeze for at least 2 hours or until solidified.
Step 5: Remove the frozen mixture from the ice cube tray and place it in a glass or jar. Stir in any additional ingredients, such as sparkling water or fresh fruit, before serving.
