Ingredients:

  • Fresh sage leaves
  • Fresh melon balls

Instructions:

  1. Chop the fresh sage leaves finely.
  2. Scoop out the centers of the fresh melon balls, creating small melon “caviar” bits.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the chopped sage leaves and the melon caviar.
  4. Place the mixture on a plate or platter and garnish with additional fresh herbs, such as basil or parsley.
  5. Serve immediately.
