Ingredients:
- Saffron
- Cardamom
- Rosewater
- Lemon zest
- Honey
- Star anise
Instructions:
- Heat the saffron in a small amount of hot oil until fragrant.
- Grind the cardamom into a fine powder using a spice grinder or mortar and pestle.
- Mix the ground cardamom with the rosewater in a small bowl.
- Zest the lemon into a separate small bowl, making sure to remove any white pith.
- Mix the honey with the star anise in a small bowl until well combined.
- Combine the saffron oil mixture, cardamom-rosewater mixture, lemon zest mixture, and honey-star anise mixture in a large mixing bowl.
