Ingredients:
- Rose petals
- Rhubarb
Instructions:
- Chop the rhubarb into 1-inch pieces
- Steep the rose petals in hot water for 5 minutes to release their fragrance and flavor
- Mix the chopped rhubarb with the steeped rose petals in a bowl
- Add sugar to taste and mix well
- Pour the mixture into individual serving cups or a large baking dish
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld together
- Serve chilled, garnished with additional rose petals if desired
