- Stir in 2-3 tablespoons of grenadine syrup until well combined.
- Squeeze in the juice of 1 lime wedge, stirring to combine.
- Stir in 1 tablespoon of honey until dissolved.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Just before serving, add sparkling water to the pitcher and stir gently.
- Fill glasses with ice and pour the persimmon punch over the ice.
- Garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh mint leaves.
