Ingredients:

Persimmons, orange juice, pineapple juice, grenadine syrup, lime juice, honey, sparkling water, ice, mint leaves

Here are the instructions:

  1. Cut the persimmons into wedges and place them in a large pitcher.
  2. Add equal parts of orange juice and pineapple juice to the pitcher.
  3. Stir in 2-3 tablespoons of grenadine syrup until well combined.
  4. Squeeze in the juice of 1 lime wedge, stirring to combine.
  5. Stir in 1 tablespoon of honey until dissolved.
  6. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Just before serving, add sparkling water to the pitcher and stir gently.
  8. Fill glasses with ice and pour the persimmon punch over the ice.
  9. Garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh mint leaves.
  10. Serve immediately and enjoy!
