Here are the instructions:

  1. In a large pitcher, combine 2 cups of Prosecco and 1 cup of sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. Add the juice of 2 lemons to the pitcher and stir well.
  3. Peel and pit 4-5 ripe peaches and add them to the pitcher.
  4. Muddle 1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves into the pitcher with a spoon or muddler to release their oils and flavor.
  5. Stir the mixture well to combine.
  6. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  7. Serve the Prosecco Peach Mint Spritzer over ice in glasses and garnish each glass with additional mint leaves, if desired.
