Ingredients:

  • Vodka
  • Cointreau
  • Lillet Blanc
  • Lemon juice
  • Egg white
  • Simple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Dry shake all ingredients except egg white and simple syrup for 5-7 seconds.
  2. Add ice to the shaker and wet it with a little of the liquid.
  3. Dry shake again for 5-7 seconds.
  4. Add the egg white and shake until frothy.
  5. Strain into a chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a lemon twist or wheel, if desired.
