Ingredients:
- Fresh strawberries
- Sugar
- Lemon juice
- Sparkling water
- Whipped cream
Instructions:
- Clean and hull the strawberries.
- In a large bowl, mix together the sugar and lemon juice until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add the fresh strawberries to the bowl and toss them in the mixture until they are evenly coated.
- Pour the mixture into a large glass or pitcher.
- Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with additional fresh strawberries, if desired.
