Ingredients:
- Gouda cheese
Instructions:
- Grate the Gouda cheese.
- Mix the grated cheese with flour.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thickness.
- Use a cookie cutter or a glass to cut out circles of dough.
- Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center of each circle.
- Fold the dough over the filling and press the edges together to seal.
- Use a fork to crimp the edges for decoration.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg and bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
