Ingredients:
- Fresh strawberries
- Sugar
- Heavy cream
- Whipped cream
- Vanilla extract
- Egg whites
- Pink food coloring
Instructions:
- Wash and hull the strawberries.
- Cut them into small pieces and place them in a blender or food processor.
- Add sugar and blend until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until it forms soft peaks.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Fold the whipped cream into the strawberry puree until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a piping bag fitted with a large round tip.
- Pipe the mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper or a silicone mat in long, thin strips.
- Use food coloring to tint the mixture pink, if desired.
- Chill the piped mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
