Ingredients:

  • Fresh strawberries
  • Sugar
  • Heavy cream
  • Whipped cream
  • Vanilla extract
  • Egg whites
  • Pink food coloring

Instructions:

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries.
  2. Cut them into small pieces and place them in a blender or food processor.
  3. Add sugar and blend until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until it forms soft peaks.
  5. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  6. Fold the whipped cream into the strawberry puree until combined.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag fitted with a large round tip.
  8. Pipe the mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper or a silicone mat in long, thin strips.
  9. Use food coloring to tint the mixture pink, if desired.
  10. Chill the piped mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
