Ingredients:
- Fresh strawberries
- Heavy cream
- Granulated sugar
- Vanilla extract
- Large eggs
- Unsalted butter
- Milk
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine strawberries, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well until the strawberries are evenly coated with the sugar mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish and place it in the oven.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the strawberries are tender and lightly browned.
- In a separate mixing bowl, beat the eggs and add the heavy cream. Mix well until the mixture is smooth and free of any lumps.
- Pour the egg mixture over the baked strawberries in the baking dish.
- Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the top is lightly browned and the eggs are set.
- Remove the baking dish from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
- Dust the top of the dessert with unsalted butter and serve immediately.
