Ingredients:

  • Cranberries
  • Ocean water
  • Lime juice
  • Brown sugar
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Cinnamon
  • Cloves

Instructions:

  1. Rinse the cranberries and pick out any stems or debris.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ocean water, lime juice, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and cloves until well combined.
  3. Add the cranberries to the mixture and toss to coat.
  4. Let the mixture sit for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  6. Remove the cranberries from the mixture and place them on the grill.
  7. Grill the cranberries for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are lightly browned and tender.
  8. Remove the cranberries from the grill and let them cool to room temperature.
  9. Store the cooled cranberries in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
