Ingredients:
- Cranberries
- Ocean water
- Lime juice
- Brown sugar
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Cinnamon
- Cloves
Instructions:
- Rinse the cranberries and pick out any stems or debris.
- In a large bowl, mix together the ocean water, lime juice, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and cloves until well combined.
- Add the cranberries to the mixture and toss to coat.
- Let the mixture sit for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Remove the cranberries from the mixture and place them on the grill.
- Grill the cranberries for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are lightly browned and tender.
- Remove the cranberries from the grill and let them cool to room temperature.
- Store the cooled cranberries in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
