Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz ginger beer
  • 4 oz honey syrup (equal parts honey and water)
  • 3 oz lime juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime wedges for garnish

Instructions:

Step 1: Muddle the ginger beer in a cocktail shaker. Step 2: Add the honey syrup and lime juice to the shaker and muddle again. Step 3: Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds. Step 4: Strain the cocktail into a chilled glass filled with ice. Step 5: Garnish with a lime wedge and serve.
