Ingredients:

  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Fresh berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
  • Toasted bread (such as baguette or ciabatta)

Instructions:

  1. Chop the fresh mint leaves and set aside.
  2. Rinse the fresh berries and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  3. Slice the toasted bread into 1-inch cubes.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the chopped mint leaves and sliced berries.
  5. Place the bread cubes in a separate bowl and toss with a little bit of olive oil.
  6. Add the mixed herb and fruit mixture to the bread cubes and toss to coat evenly.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
