Ingredients:
- Fresh mint leaves
- Fresh berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
- Toasted bread (such as baguette or ciabatta)
Instructions:
- Chop the fresh mint leaves and set aside.
- Rinse the fresh berries and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Slice the toasted bread into 1-inch cubes.
- In a small bowl, mix together the chopped mint leaves and sliced berries.
- Place the bread cubes in a separate bowl and toss with a little bit of olive oil.
- Add the mixed herb and fruit mixture to the bread cubes and toss to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
