Instructions:
- Rinse the fresh mint leaves in cold water to remove any dirt or debris.
- Pat the lemon verbena leaves dry with a paper towel.
- Remove the buds from the lavender flowers and rinse them in cold water.
- Mix the honey and sparkling water together in a small bowl until well combined.
- Place the mint leaves, lemon verbena leaves, and lavender buds into a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the honey and sparkling water mixture over the herbs and toss them gently to coat.
- Use your hands or a spatula to mix everything together until the herbs are evenly coated with the honey and sparkling water mixture.
- Store the herb mixture in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
