Ingredients:

  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Lemon verbena leaves
  • Lavender buds
  • Honey
  • Sparkling water

Instructions:

  1. Rinse the fresh mint leaves in cold water to remove any dirt or debris.
  2. Pat the lemon verbena leaves dry with a paper towel.
  3. Remove the buds from the lavender flowers and rinse them in cold water.
  4. Mix the honey and sparkling water together in a small bowl until well combined.
  5. Place the mint leaves, lemon verbena leaves, and lavender buds into a large mixing bowl.
  6. Pour the honey and sparkling water mixture over the herbs and toss them gently to coat.
  7. Use your hands or a spatula to mix everything together until the herbs are evenly coated with the honey and sparkling water mixture.
  8. Store the herb mixture in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
