Ingredients:

  • Melon (any type)
  • Ginger
  • Lime juice
  • Simple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Cut the melon into small cubes and place them in a blender or food processor.
  2. Add the ginger and lime juice to the blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the simple syrup is dissolved.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
