Ingredients:
- Melon (any type)
- Ginger
- Lime juice
- Simple syrup
Instructions:
- Cut the melon into small cubes and place them in a blender or food processor.
- Add the ginger and lime juice to the blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the simple syrup is dissolved.
- Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
