Ingredients:
- Mangoes
- Coconut milk
- Lime juice
- Honey
- Yogurt
Instructions:
- Chop the mangoes into small pieces and set aside.
- In a blender or food processor, combine the chopped mangoes, coconut milk, lime juice, and honey. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust the sweetness and consistency as needed by adding more honey or coconut milk.
- Pour the mixture into small cups or bowls.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Just before serving, top each cup with a dollop of yogurt.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
