Ingredients:
- Sparkling water
- Lavender syrup
- Fresh lavender buds
- Lemon juice
- Simple syrup
Instructions:
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of sparkling water and 1 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Add 1/2 oz of simple syrup to the shaker and stir until dissolved.
- Add 1/4 oz of lavender syrup to the shaker and stir gently.
- Add 2-3 fresh lavender buds to the shaker and muddle (gently smash) them with a muddler or back of a spoon.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
- Top with another splash of sparkling water and garnish with additional fresh lavender buds, if desired.
