Ingredients:

  • Sparkling water
  • Lavender syrup
  • Fresh lavender buds
  • Lemon juice
  • Simple syrup

Instructions:

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of sparkling water and 1 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  2. Add 1/2 oz of simple syrup to the shaker and stir until dissolved.
  3. Add 1/4 oz of lavender syrup to the shaker and stir gently.
  4. Add 2-3 fresh lavender buds to the shaker and muddle (gently smash) them with a muddler or back of a spoon.
  5. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds.
  6. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
  7. Top with another splash of sparkling water and garnish with additional fresh lavender buds, if desired.
