Ingredients:

  • Kiwi
  • Rice
  • Chicken breast

Instructions:

  1. Wash the chicken breast under cold running water and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into thin slices.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the chicken slices and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  4. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the rice according to package instructions.
  5. Peel and slice the kiwi into thin rounds.
  6. In a separate pan, heat some oil and sauté the kiwi slices for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until tender and lightly browned.
  7. Serve the cooked chicken with rice and kiwi on the side.
