Ingredients:
- Kiwi
- Rice
- Chicken breast
Instructions:
- Wash the chicken breast under cold running water and pat dry with paper towels.
- Cut the chicken breast into thin slices.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the chicken slices and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- While the chicken is cooking, prepare the rice according to package instructions.
- Peel and slice the kiwi into thin rounds.
- In a separate pan, heat some oil and sauté the kiwi slices for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until tender and lightly browned.
- Serve the cooked chicken with rice and kiwi on the side.
