Ingredients:

  • Kiwi
  • Mint
  • Lime juice
  • Simple syrup
  • Tequila

Instructions:

  1. Cut the kiwi into small pieces and place them in a blender.
  2. Add the mint leaves and lime juice to the blender.
  3. Blend the mixture until smooth.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl, discarding any solids.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the simple syrup and tequila.
  6. Pour the tequila mixture over the kiwi mixture and stir until combined.
