Ingredients:

Dark rum, Light rum, Orange juice, Pineapple juice, Grenadine syrup, Lemon-lime soda, Simple syrup, Fresh mint leaves

Instructions:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add 1 1/2 ounces of dark rum and 1 1/2 ounces of light rum to the shaker.
  3. Add 4 ounces of orange juice, 2 ounces of pineapple juice, and 1/2 ounce of grenadine syrup to the shaker.
  4. Add a squeeze of fresh mint leaves (about 1/4 teaspoon) to the shaker.
  5. Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
  6. Strain the cocktail into a glass filled with ice.
  7. Top the cocktail off with 2 ounces of lemon-lime soda.
  8. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and serve.
