Ingredients:
- Smoked salmon
- Cream cheese
- Capers
- Dill pickles
- Chives
- Lemon juice
- Champagne
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lay out a piece of smoked salmon on a cutting board.
- Spread cream cheese on top of the salmon, making sure to cover the entire surface.
- Sprinkle capers over the cream cheese layer.
- Place a layer of dill pickles on top of the capers.
- Sprinkle chives over the pickles.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the chives.
- Top with a drizzle of champagne.
