Ingredients:

  • Smoked salmon
  • Cream cheese
  • Capers
  • Dill pickles
  • Chives
  • Lemon juice
  • Champagne

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lay out a piece of smoked salmon on a cutting board.
  3. Spread cream cheese on top of the salmon, making sure to cover the entire surface.
  4. Sprinkle capers over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Place a layer of dill pickles on top of the capers.
  6. Sprinkle chives over the pickles.
  7. Squeeze lemon juice over the chives.
  8. Top with a drizzle of champagne.
