Ingredients:

  • Grapefruit
  • Rosemary

Instructions:

  1. Peel the grapefruit and segment it into wedges.
  2. Chop the rosemary leaves.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, and honey.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  5. Add the grapefruit wedges to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they are tender and slightly caramelized.
  6. Remove the grapefruit from the pan and set aside.
  7. Add the chopped rosemary to the pan and cook for 1 minute or until fragrant.
  8. Return the grapefruit wedges to the pan and toss them in the rosemary oil.
  9. Serve immediately.
