Instructions:
- Peel the grapefruit and segment it into wedges.
- Chop the rosemary leaves.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, and honey.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Add the grapefruit wedges to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they are tender and slightly caramelized.
- Remove the grapefruit from the pan and set aside.
- Add the chopped rosemary to the pan and cook for 1 minute or until fragrant.
- Return the grapefruit wedges to the pan and toss them in the rosemary oil.
- Serve immediately.
